1. Overview of horizontal screw belt mixer:
The screw belt mixer has the characteristics of high efficiency and fast mixing of materials, and can be used for mixing powder and powder, powder and liquid. It can also be used as a reaction equipment and drying equipment.
2. Working principle of horizontal screw belt mixer:
The screw belt mixer has a U-shaped horizontal cylinder and a mixing shaft with inner and outer double-layer screw belts on the shaft. The stirring shaft rotates, causing the inner and outer spiral belts to flip the material over a large range. The inner spiral belt moves the material to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the material from both sides inward, causing the material to mix back and forth. Another part of the material is pushed by the spiral belt and moves radially along the axial direction, forming a convective cycle. The stirring of the above motion enables the material to achieve rapid and uniform mixing in a short period of time.
3. Main application areas of screw belt mixer:
Spiral belt mixer is widely used for solid to solid (i.e. powder to powder) and powder to slurry mixing in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, compound fertilizer, health products, dyes, pigments, rubber, building materials, milk powder, feed, additives, aquaculture, biotechnology, fine chemicals, ceramics, refractory materials, rare earths, plastic glass, as well as new materials, nuclear materials, etc.
4. Performance characteristics of screw belt mixer:
1) The inner and outer double-layer spiral belt has a * structure, which runs smoothly, has reliable quality, low noise, long service life, is easy to install and maintain, and there are various mixer structures available for customers to choose from.
2) The mixing speed of the screw belt mixer is fast and the mixing uniformity is high, especially for mixing materials with different densities, which shows its advantages.
3) The cylinder can be designed in the form of a jacket to meet the temperature requirements of users. There are two heating methods: electric heating and thermal oil heating. The cooling process department directly injects cooling water into the jacket to achieve this.
4) Special atomized liquids can be equipped with special nozzles.
5) Discharge method: Insert the board for discharge, and the powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue. High fineness materials or semi fluid materials are equipped with manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves.
6) Transmission method: The small-sized mixer adopts a reducer direct connection method, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance. The large-sized mixer is driven by a belt pulley to drive the reducer, and the elastic connection of the belt transmission can protect the transmission components in case of overload.
