working principle:
The U-shaped cylinder of the horizontal double screw belt mixer is equipped with a double-layer screw belt wound agitator shaft. The outer screw belt, driven by power, pushes the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the center, while the inner screw belt pushes the material from the middle to both ends, forming convective mixing. A discharge port is opened at the center of the bottom of the cylinder, and the outer screw belt drives the material inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port to ensure discharge.
The high-efficiency mixing machine for dry powder particles consists of a mixing bin, a stirrer, and a driving device. A double-layer helical stirrer shaft is installed inside the U-shaped tubular bin. The outer helical belt is driven by power and its winding form is coordinated with the rotation direction to push the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the central area, while the inner helical belt pushes the material from the middle to both ends, forming convective mixing.
