Performance characteristics:
The rotational speed of the shaft driven by the reducer and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the significant differences in particle size and specific gravity among the materials are ignored during the mixing process. The intense stirring motion shortened the mixing time and made it faster.
Even if there are differences in the specific gravity and particle size of the materials, good mixing effects can still be achieved under the rapid and intense agitation and scattering of the staggered mixing blades.
The gravity free mixer can realize the spray operation of less than 17%, and the materials with too high viscosity after liquid addition are not suitable. Solid (powder) - solid (powder) (powder particle size 300-2000um) mixing can be carried out. According to production requirements, spray and jacket devices can also be installed to form a solid (powder) - liquid (liquid content<15%) mixing and drying equipment for use.
Mixing materials with significant differences in specific gravity and particle size does not result in delamination and segregation. When mixed in a 1:1000 ratio, the standard deviation ranges from 0.3% to 0.8%.
The mixing speed is fast, and generally it only takes about 2-3 minutes to mix the powder. Low energy consumption, which is 1/4 to 1/10 of that of a typical mixer.
The machine operates intermittently, and the discharge valve adopts a double door discharge method, with manual and pneumatic discharge forms. There are two types of materials: carbon steel and stainless steel.
Usage requirements
Generally, materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel are used. Stainless steel is preferred for mixing corrosive chemical materials or copper powder, while carbon steel is mostly used for mixing materials such as cement mortar. However, the specific material selection should be based on the user's process requirements.
