Mixing is an indispensable production process in modern industry. With the continuous development of China's industry, the development of mixing systems and equipment will become increasingly powerful. Mixing covers the entire industrial sector, such as chemical, food, building materials, pharmaceuticals, and fertilizers. The products we use every day and every hour have at least one mixing process in production. A mixer, also known as a blender, can be used for physical mixing and chemical assisted mixing. Physical mixing is purely a single stirring process, where two or more materials are mixed to produce a mixture. Chemical assisted mixing refers to the physical interaction accompanied by a chemical reaction, with a focus on conducting a thorough chemical reaction. Physical mixing enables more comprehensive contact between materials. Mixing refers to the physical combination of two or more materials without any chemical changes. Mixing includes gravity mixing and mechanical mixing. Self flow mixing refers to the movement between materials, which achieves uniform mixing through self friction; Mechanical mixing refers to the final uniform mixing of materials through mechanical force. Generally, gas mixing is self flowing mixing; Three dimensional mixing equipment combines self flow mixing with mechanical mixing; All mixtures in which the mixing container does not move are mechanical mixtures.

Bottom discharge method of the mixer: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; For high fineness materials or semi fluid materials, manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are used. Manual butterfly valves are economical and applicable, while pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for semi fluids, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valves. In situations where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods to choose from: electric heating and thermal oil heating. Electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heating with thermal oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, thermal power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment but has a fast heating rate and low energy consumption. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.

The screw belt mixer is applied to the mixing of solid (i.e. powder to powder) and solid slurry (i.e. powder to adhesive liquid) in putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials, etc., especially suitable for the mixing of viscous materials. This mixer is not suitable for mixing materials with high fiber content and significant density differences. For industries such as putty, real stone paint, biology, medicine, and food, it is recommended to use stainless steel material. In general, when mixing dry powder sand slurry containing vitrified microbeads, it is recommended to use a horizontal screw belt mixer. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.
