Working principle:
After the mixer is started, the plow blade rotates around the axis, causing the animal material to undergo circumferential turbulence along the radial direction of the square cylinder, while throwing the material out along the normal direction of the two sides of the plow blade.
When the material that is thrown out and undergoes circumferential turbulence flows through the flying blade group, it is quickly and forcefully dispersed by the high-speed rotating flying blade.
Under the combined action of the plow blade and flying blade mentioned above, the material is constantly replaced, diffused, and uniformly mixed in a short period of time, achieving high mixing accuracy.
For materials that require solid-liquid mixing, the mixed liquid is evenly sprayed onto the moving materials inside the cylinder through a spraying device.
Structural composition:
The structure of the mixer mainly consists of a transmission part, a horizontal cylinder, a plow blade assembly shaft, a flying blade assembly, a discharge valve, a spray device, etc.
The transmission part of the mixer includes a cycloidal pinwheel reducer with a motor and a coupling, which mainly converts the motion of the motor into the required speed and torque and transmits it to the complex cutter shaft.
The horizontal cylinder is made of rolled steel plates and used for storing materials. There are several holes on the cylinder for feeding and observing materials. The plow blade shaft support seat is fixed on the cover plate at both ends of the cylinder.
The plow blade assembly shaft consists of a plow blade, a plow blade arm, and a main shaft. The plow blade is mounted on the main shaft with the plow blade arm and serves as a Haff structure for easy disassembly and assembly.
The flying knife group consists of multiple flying knives, which are directly driven by a secondary motor and installed on the side of the cylinder. In order to prevent dust from entering the bearings, the flying knife shaft adopts a multi-channel sealing structure.
The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder (except for continuous discharge), used to close and release materials, and its operation is achieved through a handle and a four-bar linkage mechanism.
