The material is pumped into the jacketed grinding chamber from the feed port. Driven by a high-power motor, grinding discs rotate at high speed, driving grinding media to generate strong shearing, impact and grinding forces on the material, effectively breaking up particle aggregates and realizing ultra-fine pulverization. Ground material is separated from grinding media via the discharge screen system, and flows out continuously from the discharge port. The whole process is monitored in real time by electric contact pressure gauge and thermometer, strictly controlling grinding chamber pressure and discharge temperature to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.

This pesticide suspension sand mill delivers ultra-uniform particle size distribution, effectively solving settlement and layering issues of pesticide suspensions, greatly improving storage stability and efficacy of agrochemical products.
Equipped with a cylinder pull-out mechanism, it supports quick disassembly of the grinding cylinder for cleaning, maintenance and wearing parts replacement, significantly reducing downtime. The independent sealing liquid tank ensures cooling and lubrication of the mechanical seal, extending equipment service life.
The integrated control box, electric contact pressure gauge and thermometer realize real-time monitoring and automatic control of the grinding process, avoiding equipment failure caused by overpressure or over-temperature, ensuring stable continuous production.
Besides core application of pesticide suspension agent production (insecticide, herbicide, fungicide and plant growth regulator processing), this industrial horizontal sand mill is also widely used in paint & ink, food, daily chemical and mineral industries, for grinding pigment, cocoa, nut sauce, cosmetics, porcelain clay and more.
Fix the equipment on a horizontal concrete foundation, correctly connect cooling water circuit, power supply and feeding system, and conduct a 2-hour no-load test run to check operation status before formal feeding.
Before operation, confirm sealing liquid level, grinding media filling volume and screen integrity. Adjust feeding flow rate according to material viscosity, strictly control pressure and temperature within rated range. Regularly check wear of grinding discs, screen and mechanical seal, clean cooling circuit to prevent scale blockage, and replace grinding media regularly.
Zirconia beads, zirconium silicate beads and glass beads are recommended, selected by target material fineness, with filling rate not exceeding 85% of the grinding chamber volume.
The equipment stably processes materials with viscosity ≤10 Pa·s, fully compatible with viscosity requirements of most pesticide suspensions and slurry materials.
