Working Principle

The Dual Drive Twin Shaft Mixer operates on an innovative dual-power high-low speed synergistic design, delivering unmatched mixing performance that single-shaft equipment cannot match. The high-efficiency toothed dispersing disc runs at high speed, driving the material to form a circular flow pattern, generating a strong vortex, and creating intense shear impact and friction between material particles to achieve rapid dispersion, dissolution and uniform blending of solid-liquid components. Simultaneously, the low-speed frame-type agitator with movable wall-scraping blades continuously pushes materials adhering to the tank wall back into the high-shear working zone of the disperser, eliminating dead corners in the mixing tank. Installation
