This high throughput stirred mill is an advanced, high-efficiency horizontal grinding equipment with wide adaptability, exclusively developed for large-scale fertilizer production, especially for water soluble fertilizer processing. Also known as horizontal stirred bead mill, our PSM-D series covers 5L to 300L specifications, from laboratory R&D to full industrial mass production. With a compact grinding cavity, intensive grinding energy, high-performance cooling system and automatic control system, it realizes continuous material processing and discharging, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality for fertilizer manufacturing plants, bulk chemical producers and industrial production lines.
The fluid material to be ground is pumped into the static jacketed grinding chamber via a pneumatic diaphragm pump. The high-speed rotating stirring levers drive the grinding media to generate high-intensity shearing, collision and grinding effects, accelerating fine particle grinding and aggregate dispersion. After grinding and dispersion, the material is efficiently separated from the grinding media through a dedicated dynamic separator, and flows out continuously from the discharge pipe. The cylinder is equipped with a cooling/heating device to precisely control the grinding temperature, and when the feed particle size is less than 450 microns, the discharge particle size can stably reach below 1 micron.

Fix the equipment on a horizontal concrete foundation, correctly connect the feeding system, cooling pipeline and electrical control system, and conduct a no-load test run to check the rotation direction and operating noise before formal production.
Before operation, check the grinding media filling volume, separator status and cooling system patency. During operation, strictly control the feeding speed and grinding temperature within the rated range. Regularly check the wear of stirring levers, grinding chamber lining and separator, replace mechanical seal lubricating oil regularly, and clean the cooling water circuit to remove scale.
