Introduce
The pearl cotton plastic granulator is mainly used for the recycling and reuse of waste pearl cotton materials, converting them into reusable granular materials through physical processing.
Working principle
Raw material pretreatment: Waste pearl cotton needs to be preliminarily cleaned to remove impurities and ensure the quality of subsequent processing.
Crushing stage: Use high-speed rotating blades to crush large pieces of pearl cotton into uniform fragments.
Melting granulation: The fragments are pushed to the mold through a screw, melted and plasticized under high temperature and high pressure, forming a strip-shaped melt and then cut into pellets.
Cooling and solidification: The particles are cooled and solidified in a water tank, and then cut into finished particles by a granulator.
EPE pearl cotton granulator is a plastic recycling equipment specially used for recycling waste pearl cotton (polyethylene foam), which converts waste into reusable particles through crushing, melting, extrusion, pelletizing and other processes. Its core components include screw extrusion system, heating and cooling module, and automated pelletizing device, which can efficiently process EPE waste such as electrical packaging and scraps.
