1. Crushing

2. Washing

4. Pelletizing
Pelletizing: The clean and dry plastic flakes are then melted and extruded into uniform pellets. This involves:
Extrusion: Melting the plastic flakes and pushing them through a die to form continuous strands.
Cooling: The strands are cooled, often in a water bath.
Cutting: The cooled strands are cut into small, uniform pellets, also known as granules.
These pellets can be used as raw material in manufacturing new plastic products.
