Z shaped mixing blade design
A pair of Z-shaped or ∑ - shaped stirring blades are used to rotate in opposite directions at different speeds (main shaft 20-40 RPM, secondary shaft 10-20 RPM) in a W-shaped mixing tank, forming strong shear, stretching, folding, and compression effects to achieve deep kneading and uniform dispersion of materials.
Vacuum defoaming system
Equipped with a vacuum pump, the working vacuum degree can reach ≤ -0.094 MPa (about -0.1 MPa), effectively removing bubbles and volatile matter trapped in the material during the mixing process, significantly improving the density, transparency, and mechanical properties of the final product. Especially suitable for materials such as HTV silicone rubber and neutral glass adhesive that require high air tightness.
Temperature control system
The mixing tank has a jacket structure and supports electric heating, thermal oil heating, or water cooling. The temperature control accuracy can reach ± 2 ℃, ensuring stable and controllable reaction process. Some high-end models have multi zone independent temperature control function to meet complex process requirements.
