1、 Product Usage:

The manhole cover kneading machine is suitable for kneading, mixing, and stirring various viscous materials, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, plastic, pharmaceutical, rubber, adhesive, and food.

This machine is divided into three categories: ordinary type, pressure type, and vacuum type, and can be made into single-layer or double-layer. There are two heating methods, electric and steam, and water cooling, available for double-layer heating. The material in contact with the material can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel. The discharge methods include hydraulic tilting, ball valve discharge, and screw extrusion, and have the advantages of compact structure, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, smooth operation, and energy-saving effect.

2、 Main structure and working principle of manhole cover kneading machine:

The NH series kneading machine is a horizontal dual axis type, with a Z-shaped mixing blade and a W-shaped cylinder body. During operation, the electric motor is transmitted to the reducer through a V-belt, and then the two mixing blades are driven by gears to work. The Z-shaped stirring blade is made by unfolding the Archimedean spiral, with two blades arranged horizontally in parallel, rotating towards each other at different speeds. The W-shaped cylinder body consists of two halves of cylindrical chambers, with a transverse dividing ridge in the middle. An electric heating tube can be installed in the interlayer for heating and cooling operations by supplying electricity, steam, and cooling water.

During operation, the propeller blades of the mixing paddle cause both axial compression and radial shear of the material, resulting in both high-speed and low-speed compression; By performing both squeezing and separation movements, the material is thoroughly kneaded and blended to achieve uniform mixing, accelerating the chemical reaction of the material.
