Lubrication instructions for the components of pencil lead electric heating kneading machine
1. Gearbox oil tank: The gearbox of this machine is a sealed splash lubrication system, using 46 # or similar mechanical lubricating oil. The oil level can be seen from the scale on the oil level mirror of the oil tank. After about 500 operating hours of the new machine, all new lubricating oil must be replaced, and it should be replaced every 1500 operating hours thereafter. Note that when replacing the new oil each time, the old oil should be cleaned of any debris and iron filings left at the bottom of the oil tank.
2. Parallel gear oil tank: Use and replace the same gearbox. (Experimental and some models use lubricating grease and do not refer to this configuration)
3. Mixing tank flip foot base: Use a grease gun to inject high-temperature resistant lithium based grease, adding it once per shift. (Discharge, screw discharge, etc., do not refer to this configuration)
4. Mixing shaft and other bearing seats: Use a grease gun to inject high-temperature resistant lithium based grease (add once a month, and add every half month in summer).
5. Peilin style rotary joint: Use a butter gun to inject high-temperature resistant lithium based grease. (Hollow shaft type, without this configuration, do not refer)
6. Screw reduction motor: maintenance method reference 1 (screw discharge type, no reference if this configuration is not available)
7. Screw chain sprocket: can be mixed with mechanical oil lubricant and oil, added once per shift (screw discharge type, models without this configuration can be omitted). The above is the recommended oil consumption, and the above technical content needs to be changed under different operating intensities.
