Screw extrusion kneading machine is a mixing equipment designed specifically for high viscosity materials, combining kneading and extrusion functions, widely used in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, plastic, and rubber.

Core structure and working principle

Kneading system: A pair of reverse rotating "Sigma stirring blades" inside the box shear, stretch, and overlap the materials to ensure rapid and uniform reaction of high viscosity materials (such as silicone rubber, sealant, hot melt adhesive).

Extrusion system: The W-shaped groove at the bottom of the box is equipped with a screw, which controls the material flow through forward and reverse rotation

Mixing stage: The screw is reversed to push the material in the opposite direction to the box to enhance the uniformity of mixing;

Discharge stage: The screw rotates forward to extrude the material, and with the help of variable frequency speed regulation, the discharge speed and shape are accurately controlled.

Temperature control and vacuum:

The jacket electric heating can reach up to 400 ℃, and with end plate heating, it can achieve uniform heating on all sides;

Vacuum cover is used to eliminate bubbles, and the vacuum degree can reach -0.098MPa.
