Silicone rubber kneading machine is a semi dry or rubber like viscous plastic material produced by a strong shear action generated by a pair of cooperating and rotating blades (usually in a Z shape). Can quickly react materials to achieve uniform mixing and stirring.
Main structure:
1. It consists of six main parts: kneading part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system, and electronic control system;
2. The kneading part is composed of cylinder body, slurry shaft, wall panel, cylinder head, etc. The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to complete the functions of opening and closing the large cover and flipping the mixing cylinder;
3. The electronic control system has manual and automatic control systems, which can be freely selected and requested by users, and are easy to operate and reliable;
4. The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer, and gears, and is matched with a motor according to the kneading machine model;
5. During the transmission process, the speed can be synchronized by the motor, and after passing through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the fast slurry can be driven by the output device to reach the specified speed, or the speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter.

It is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing, and re aggregating various high viscosity elastoplastic materials into chemical products; Applied in industries such as high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, neutral acidic glass adhesive, fiber rubber, etc.
The temperature control of the silicone rubber kneading machine adopts methods such as electric heating, steam, oil heating, and water cooling, and uses hydraulic cylinder flipping and cover opening. The discharge methods include hydraulic, tilting cylinder, ball valve discharge, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder body, blades, and material contact parts are all made of stainless steel to ensure product quality.
