The screw extrusion type ordinary kneading machine is composed of a pair of Sigma blades that cooperate and rotate with each other to produce strong shear action, which enables semi dry or rubber like viscous plastic materials to react quickly and obtain uniform mixing and stirring. Kneading machine blade structure:

3. The cutting type stirring blade is the strongest and strongest stirring blade, suitable for kneading ultra-high viscosity substances under high power and heavy load conditions. When using cutting type mixing impellers, the arrangement of two blade tangent type is mostly adopted. Applicable materials: rubber, iron oxide, magnetic recording materials, etc.

4. The ∑ - type stirring blade is the most common type, which is suitable for kneading external substances that require significant movement in the kneading and tank operations. It is mainly used for the arrangement of two blades overlapping, especially in the case of extrusion dehydration operations, using ∑ - type stirring blades. Applicable materials: chewing gum, chocolate, glass glue, sealant, hot melt adhesive, butyl rubber, manhole cover, carbon materials, etc.

Kneading machines are usually welded and fixed on a base, and can be directly placed on the ground without the need for installation by users, which is very convenient. The main maintenance and upkeep measures are as follows:

1. Lubricating oil should be regularly injected into each lubrication part, with no less than two oil refills per shift. For press in lubrication, butter should be injected every 20 days, and the oil tank should be replaced every three months for lubrication.

2. The wall panel shaft seal should be adjusted or replaced appropriately according to the wear and tear during use.

3. Regularly check the steam pipeline and all joints, and no leakage is allowed.

4. The machine should undergo maintenance after six months of operation, checking for vulnerable parts and making appropriate repairs or replacements.

5. After the installation of the kneading machine, the first line should be cleaned, decontaminated, and wiped with rust proof grease. Check each lubrication point and inject lubricating oil (grease).

6. Before driving, check the tension of the V-belt and move the motor to the appropriate position by adjusting the bolt.

7. Check if the fasteners are loose, if the steam pipes are leaking, and if the circuits and electrical equipment are safe. Electric heating kneading machines must have grounding devices.

8. Before the test drive, clean the kneading machine room and run it in air for 10-15 minutes to confirm that the machine is running normally before putting it into production. Usually, the noise of new machine gears (including reducers) is relatively high during initial use, and it naturally decreases after a period of running in and out.

9. When using steam heating, a safety valve and pressure gauge should be installed at the inlet of the pipeline, and the steam pressure should not exceed the pressure requirements for mixing tanks as stated on the label.

10. The kneading machine workshop should minimize the use of reversals as much as possible.

11. Lubricating parts should be regularly oiled.

12. The sealing part of the wall panel should not have any leakage of raw materials.

13. The tightness of the belt is appropriate, and it should be checked, adjusted or replaced regularly.

14. Steam pipelines are not allowed to leak. When the machine is stopped, the valve should be closed and the reliability of the safety valve pressure gauge should be ensured.
