The paint three roll grinder has three rollers installed on an iron frame, with the center in a straight line. Can be installed horizontally or slightly tilted. The grinding effect is achieved through the mutual compression of the surfaces of three horizontal rollers and friction at different speeds. Steel rollers can be hollow and cooled by water. The material is added between the middle roller and the rear roller. Due to the different rotation directions of the three rollers (the speed increases sequentially from back to front), a good grinding effect is produced. The material is ground and then scraped off by a scraper in front of the front roller.

The roller material of the three roll grinder is centrifugally cast from cold hard alloy cast iron, with a surface hardness of HS70 ° or above; The diameter of the roller is subjected to high-precision grinding, which is precise and delicate, and can make the grinding fineness of the material reach about 15 μ m, thus producing uniform and delicate high-quality products. The SM405 and S260 three roll grinding machines are used for mass production, while the A50 and S65 models are used for small batches or laboratory use.
