The dual planetary mixer is an ideal equipment for processing high viscosity materials such as lithium battery slurry, adhesives, sealants, epoxy resins, etc. Its core advantage lies in the ability to achieve seamless mixing, efficient dispersion, and precise process control. Based on the characteristics of high viscosity materials, suitable models should be selected from three dimensions: structural design, functional configuration, and material matching.

Selection elements
Mixing blade and scraping system
It is recommended to use a frame type or Fried Dough Twists type agitator blade, together with an automatic wall scraper, to ensure that the kettle wall and bottom materials are completely removed during the revolution to avoid residues.
The distance between the paddle and the bucket wall should be controlled at 3-4mm to enhance shear force and rubbing effect, and improve mixing uniformity.
Vacuum and temperature control capability
High viscosity materials are prone to air entrapment and require vacuum defoaming function (maximum vacuum ≤ -0.098MPa) to effectively eliminate bubbles and improve product stability.
For heat sensitive materials such as electronic adhesives and battery pastes, models with jacket temperature control systems should be selected, supporting electric heating, oil circulation, or water cooling, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
Power and transmission configuration
Adopting planetary gear reducer, it has high output torque, smooth operation, and is suitable for high load conditions.
Dual motor independent drive: The low-speed mixing shaft (revolution 0-95rpm) and high-speed dispersing shaft (rotation up to 1400rpm) can be variable frequency speed regulated to meet the needs of different process stages.
Processing capacity matching
Lab or small batch production can choose 2L-50L mini machines;
It is recommended to use the 100L-1100L model for pilot or mass production, which is suitable for continuous adhesive operation.
