High speed disperser

The paint production equipment consists of a feeding system, a dispersing system, a grinding system, a paint mixing system, a discharging and filtering system, a filling system, a control system, an operating platform, and a color paste production section. From feeding to discharging, finished product packaging, fully automated production, assembly line production process, high efficiency, using internationally advanced dispersed grinding system, good fineness, and stable product quality.

Equipment features:

1. For the decentralized system, we have adopted a multi cylinder disperser with high efficiency, space saving, and convenient electric rotation operation.

2. The grinding system adopts a series of horizontal sand mills, which can achieve the required fineness in one operation. Basket grinding or bar pin horizontal sand mills can be used for color slurry grinding.

3. The paint mixing system adopts multifunctional mixing equipment, which can be used for products with high and low viscosity, and can also produce clear varnish.

4. There are bag type and vibration type filters, which can be selected and used according to the product. There are two types of filling: automatic and semi-automatic, with multiple packaging specifications ranging from 0.5-1000L to choose from.

5. The operating platform can be single-layer or three-layer, dispersed on the top layer, ground on the second layer, and painted on the third layer. The top-down process can effectively reduce residue in the pipeline.

High speed disperser is suitable for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and refining materials such as paint, coating, dye, ink, pigment, food, chemical industry, suspending agent, adhesive, resin, lotion, etc. In industries such as medicine and petroleum, it can also be used for high-speed stirring and dispersion of liquid powder materials.
