Hydraulic dual axis high-speed disperser

Working principle of dual axis high-speed disperser: Two independent or concentric mixing shafts are used, equipped with disc/serrated dispersing discs. Through high-speed rotation (impeller circumferential speed of 20-30m/s), strong shear and impact forces are generated on the material, achieving rapid dispersion and homogenization. The biaxial structure expands the dispersion area, significantly improves efficiency, and is suitable for slurries with viscosity ≤ 150000 CPS and solid content ≤ 90%. The hydraulic lifting device precisely controls the mixing depth, ensuring stable operation of the dispersing shaft and adapting to different container height requirements. Variable frequency speed regulation technology (0-1450 revolutions per minute) achieves variable frequency speed and dynamically adjusts dispersion strength according to material characteristics.
