This machine is mainly suitable for crushing plastic film, woven bags, drip irrigation belts and other waste materials, such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene textile bags and polyester. After using the optional fastening screws at the bottom, it can also be used to crush hard waste pipes, plates, plastics, and rubber products such as PE/PET/ABS.

Product Overview


The ABS Car Bumper Crusher is a heavy-duty crushing machine specifically designed to break down acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) car bumpers and other automotive plastic components—including PC/ABS blends and PVC trims—into small, uniform particles. Its high-power motor drives a set of hardened steel blades arranged in a helical pattern, delivering intense shearing force to efficiently cut through the tough, impact-resistant ABS material, which typically has a tensile strength of 20 - 40 MPa. The machine features a reinforced crushing chamber with 20mm thick steel walls to withstand the rigors of processing thick-walled bumpers (up to 15mm thickness), including those with metal inserts, bolts, or paint coatings. It is an essential piece of equipment in automotive recycling facilities, enabling the recovery of valuable ABS plastic for reuse in manufacturing new automotive parts or consumer goods.
