The viscosity processing range of a dual planetary mixer is usually between 50-4500000 cP, with specific upper limits depending on equipment configuration, mixing blade design, and drive system. Most industrial grade models can stably process materials with viscosity below 1000000 cP, while high-end or customized equipment (such as those with forced dispersion systems) can support high viscosity systems up to 3000000 cP or even higher.
