Kettle Cover and Transmission System

This system includes the kettle cover, three operating mechanisms, sealing device, reducer, electric motor, and frequency converter. The frequency converter enables precise speed adjustment to match different material properties and processing requirements.

Hydraulic Lifting System

Consisting of a plunger, oil cylinder, oil tank, sealing device, motor, gear pump, valve components, and pipe fittings, the hydraulic lifting system allows for smooth and controlled lifting of the kettle cover, facilitating material loading, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.

Electrical Control System

The complete control system comprises an electrical control cabinet and an operation button panel. All moving components feature interlocking mechanisms for operational safety.
