The material of the vertical mixing ball mill can be directly added to the grinding cylinder with a jacket without pre mixing, and other ingredients in the formula that only need to be slightly ground can be added to the grinding cylinder later.
Electric, pneumatic diaphragm pumps or hose pumps are used, which are characterized by low pressure and high flow rate. They continuously move and suck materials during the mixing process, promote the continuous circulation of slurry, accelerate ball milling and crushing, and obtain a relatively uniform particle size distribution. The pump can also be used for unloading.
By using a reducer and motor belt transmission, the transmission is in a soft connection, avoiding the use of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to directly start the motor, greatly reducing noise and ensuring smooth operation of the machine.
According to the requirements of various industries, materials such as polyurethane, stainless steel, manganese steel, zirconia, ceramics (alumina), edible rubber, etc. can be used for contact with the same material.
