The waste recycling granulator and complete production equipment mainly include three categories: host system, auxiliary equipment, and intelligent control system, which can achieve a fully automated production process from waste crushing to particle forming.
This type of equipment is widely used for the recycling of thermoplastic materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PET, etc. It converts waste films, woven bags, plastic bottles, etc. into reusable plastic particles, helping to promote resource recycling and the development of environmental protection industries.
1、 Core host system (plastic extrusion granulation unit)
The host is the "heart" of the entire production line, responsible for melting, extruding, and plasticizing broken and cleaned waste plastics into strips or melts.
Single screw extruder
Simple structure, low maintenance cost, suitable for recycling and granulation of common plastics such as PP and PE, and suitable for small and medium-sized production lines.
Twin screw extruder
The mixing effect is better, suitable for materials with high filling, high viscosity or requiring sufficient mixing (such as modified plastics), and widely used in the production of recycled particles.
Specialized granulator type
PVC granulator: using wet granulation process, the ball forming rate can reach 70%, suitable for cable material recycling;
PE/PP granulator: equipped with a water ring cutting system to prevent particle adhesion and improve product quality;
Engineering plastic granulator: supports blending modification of high-performance materials such as PC, ABS, PET, etc.
2、 Supporting auxiliary equipment (ensuring production continuity and particle quality)
Crushing and cleaning system
Plastic crusher: crushes large pieces of waste into small pieces;
Cleaning line/dehydrator: removes dirt and moisture, commonly including bottle cleaning line, film cleaning line, etc.
Cooling and cutting system
Water cooled strip cutting: Low cost, suitable for ordinary recycled materials;
Air cooled heat cutting: environmentally friendly and wastewater free, suitable for small units;
Water ring/underwater cutting: High cooling efficiency, uniform particle size, suitable for easily adhesive materials such as PE and PP.
Dehydration and conveying equipment
Centrifugal dewatering machine: efficiently removes surface moisture from particles;
Conveyor belt/spiral feeder: realizing automatic feeding of raw materials and conveying of finished products, improving the level of automation.
Screen replacement and filtering device
The quick screen changer can replace the filter screen without stopping the machine, maintaining production stability, especially suitable for recycled materials with high impurities.
Cut and bag
Use a rolling cutter for pelletizing
Filter the particles through a vibrating screen and blow them into the stainless steel particle bin using a induced draft fan.
