Heating methods include electric heating and heat transfer oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the temperature rise is slow and energy consumption is high; heat transfer oil heating requires the configuration of an oil pot, oil guiding power, and pipelines, which requires a larger investment, but the temperature rise is fast and energy consumption is lower. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor and the main mixing shaft are directly connected through a cycloid pin wheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and convenient maintenance.
The horizontal ribbon mixer is applied to the mixing of solid-solid (i.e., powder and powder) and solid-slurry (i.e., powder and slurry) mixtures in pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc., and is particularly suitable for mixing viscous materials.
