The transmission spindle is equipped with double-layer spiral blades, with the internal spiral conveying the material outward and the external spiral gathering the material inward. The material forms a low power and efficient mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the material inside the barrel, allowing the mixer to flip the material within the maximum range of the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing it from the inside to both sides in the axial direction. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate around the axis, pushing it from both sides to the inside in the axial direction. This mixed material can be uniformly mixed in a short period of time.

Product features: Bottom discharge method of the mixer: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; For high fineness materials or semi fluid materials, manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are used. Manual butterfly valves are economical and applicable, while pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for semi fluids, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valves. In situations where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods to choose from: electric heating and thermal oil heating. Electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heating with thermal oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, thermal power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment but has a fast heating rate and low energy consumption. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.

Application industry: Widely used in the mixing of solid (i.e. powder to powder) and slurry (i.e. powder to slurry) in putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials, etc., especially suitable for the mixing of viscous materials. This mixer is not suitable for mixing materials with high fiber content and significant density differences. For industries such as putty, real stone paint, biology, medicine, and food, it is recommended to use stainless steel material. In general, when mixing dry powder sand slurry containing vitrified microbeads, it is recommended to use a horizontal screw belt mixer.
